Enterprise Africa! in London

From February 4-8, 2008, Enterprise Africa! Lead Researcher Karol Boudreaux and Mercatus Center Senior Research Fellow, Paul Dragos Aligica, visited London to meet with academics, policymakers, the media, and Africa stakeholders and discuss African development, economic and institutional reform, and strategies for developing credible property rights policies.
These topics are the focus of a recent Monograph, Paths to Property, authored by Boudreaux and Aligica and published by Enterprise Africa!'s London partners at the Institute of Economic Affairs.
